Important!!! Credit card payments are handled through PayPal. Once you complete your order and check out, select "PayPal" as your payment option. Once you review and confirm your order you will be taken to the PayPal website. From there, if you have a PayPal account you can pay that way. However, if you do not have an account select "Don't have a PayPal account?" and PayPal will allow you to input your credit card information to pay for your booth. You do not put in your CC information until you get to PayPal, so do not worry when you see the payment option for your credit card greyed out on the WTBA order form. You'll put that info in after you've been transferred to PayPal to complete the order. Once your order goes through, you will get a confirmation e-mail (sent to the address you put in the WTBA order form) from PayPal saying your order went through. If you do not get this e-mail, your order hasn't been processed properly.

Dear Vendors:

This is your invitation to join us for Weddings to Brag About  Bridal & Special Event Show which will be held at The Mitchell Center on  Sunday, August 28, 2011, from 11:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. 

Set-up times are Saturday, 08-27-11 from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Sunday starting at 8:00 A.M.  Everyone needs to be ready for the guests no later than 11:00 A.M. on Sunday.

VENDOR FEE INFORMATION

$385.00 Vendor Fee for Main Floor - $192.50 Deposit

The Deposit Is Due Upon Registration - as a courtesy to others, we cannot hold a booth without a deposit.

 

VENDOR FEE INCLUDES:

(MAIN FLOOR)  - 6' Table, linen, waste basket, 2 chairs

 

Main Floor Vendor Fees also Include:

- Contact Information on all registered brides no later than 14 days after the show.

- Year-Long Listing of Your Business on this web site.

- Contact Information Throughout The Year As Brides Log Onto The Site

- Year-long referrals of brides to you as a registered vendor as WTBA-2011.

 

Before filling out the registration form, CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FLOOR DIAGRAM to choose your preferred booths.  Please make a note of your first, second and third location choice on your registration.  We will do our best to comply with your wishes.  We will call you and discuss your location before you are placed.  We want everyone to be satisfied with their location.
