"Weddings to Brag About" Sunday, October 12th , 2008, - 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m.

Dear Vendors,  This is your invitation to join us for Weddings to Brag About Bridal & Special Event Show which will be held at The Convention Center on Sunday, October 12th, 2008, from 12:00 NOON until 5:00 P.M. We are looking forward to a great show this year and hope you will come join in on the fun and excitement!!

As you can see from the Registration Form, you may pay your vendor fee in two payments. $187.50 Holds your reservation until         09-05-08 at which time the balance of $187.50 is due. As a courtesy to all, we regret that we are unable to reserve space without payment.

On this site is also a letter from Kim White of television station FOX-10 and Gulf Coast WB with an offer to all wedding and special event vendors to participate in the TV advertising for our show. You do not have to be a vendor in Weddings to Brag About Bridal and Special Event Show to take advantage of this very low-cost opportunity for TV advertising. The participation with FOX-10 & WB is not mandatory, but definitely very advantageous and affordable for all vendors.

On the site, you will see a diagram of the bridal show area - 2008 for your information. There will be vendors set up in the pre-function area and also in the east and west ballrooms. The fashion show will take place in the west ballroom and we will have a band just past admissions in the pre-function area and another on the outdoor terrace overlooking the river. When you return your vendor registration, please let me know where you would like to be and I will do my very best to comply. If there is any question about your location, I will contact you concerning your spot in the show so that you are in complete agreement. Room 201-D is for seminars and Room 201-C will be for models to change for the fashion show.

If you would be interested in being part of the Grand Prize, please let me know and also, if you would like to do a 15 minute seminar, please call me as soon as possible. I promise, you will receive your bridal information no later than 14 days after the show...you can hold me to that!! Please feel free to call me at 251-479-3212 and I will be glad to assist you with any additional information or help you may need.
